Quotation and concluding a contract

Our offers aren't final, especially when it comes to prices and delivery. We need to put any agreements we make with the buyer in writing. If we don't confirm an order separately, the invoice counts as confirmation. And when we mention quantities and weights, they're just rough guesses.
